Vaughan, Canada ET Transport Full time

At ET Transport, it is our mission to provide customers with reliable transportation solutions custom-tailored to their unique needs. ET Transport has two main terminals with warehousing facilities and 2 additional drop-yards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform all day-to-day full cycle accounting functions including accounts payable
- Prepare and process repair/repair shop related transactions including inventory
- Prepare and process payroll and related transactions
- Assist monthly reconciliations (banks, credit cards, prepaid's etc.)
- Assist with Financial Statement preparation as time permits
- Maintain files for all accounting records
- Assist with all Quarterly and Annual Reporting - (WSIB, HST, Rec Gen.)
- Assist in the year-end audit process including preparation of audit materials (reconciliations, accounting schedules, working papers) and data analysis
- Data entry for invoices and bills
- Other duties as assigned by Accounting Manager

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 2+ years of progressive full cycle bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of Quickbooks and other related software
- Experience dealing directly with Customers and Suppliers to ensure smooth collection and payment processes
- Excellent time management, organizational and people skills

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field an asset
- Previous accounts payable and inventory experience preferred
- Previous Trucking Industry experience is an asset

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
