Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. **Responsibilities**:

- Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with potential customers, whether in-person, over the phone, or via digital channels, and build strong relationships through effective communication and rapport-building.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the vehicles available for sale, including features, specifications, pricing, and available options, in order to effectively educate and advise customers.
- Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to understand each customer's unique requirements, preferences, and budget constraints, and recommend appropriate vehicles that meet their needs.
- Sales Process Management: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every stage.
- Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate pricing, financing terms, and trade-in values to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers, facilitating the closing of sales transactions.
- Follow-up and Customer Care: Maintain ongoing communication with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and cultivate long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics, including sales volume, gross profit margin, customer satisfaction ratings, and prospect conversion rates.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, persuade, and build rapport with diverse customer demographics.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive products and industry trends, coupled with a passion for automobiles and a desire to stay updated on the latest advancements.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, coupled with the ability to handle objections and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Proficiency in using sales management software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales, marketing, or automotive technology is advantageous.

Pay: $15.00-$22.77 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
