**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable **Head of Maintenance** to lead and perform day-to-day landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. This is a **hands-on position** where you'll be actively working in the field while overseeing maintenance operations. You must be skilled in general landscape maintenance including cutting, trimming, pruning, planting, and performing small landscape jobs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular lawn care and groundskeeping duties such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging
- Plant trees, flowers, shrubs, and maintain garden beds
- Complete small-scale landscape projects including mulching, transplanting, and seasonal cleanups
- Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure all work is completed on time and to high standards
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Supervise or coordinate with any support staff or outside vendors when needed
- Identify and report any issues with the grounds or equipment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a similar hands-on role
- Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, plant care, and landscape tools
- Ability to work independently and lead by example
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a supervisory or lead maintenance role
- Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and pest control a plus

**Schedule**:

- Full-Time April-First Snow fall
- Occasional weekend or off-hours work may be required during peak seasons

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
