Flair Airlines is currently seeking a permanent, full-time **Crew Qualifications & Licensing Administrator **to join our growing and ever-changing organization. Crew Qualifications & Licensing Administrator is responsible for managing crew records.
**Primary Job Functions**:
- Maintaining the Flight Operations reference library and distribution of Maintaining reference material.
- Creating and maintaining all flight crew (pilot and/or flight attendant) training records as directed.
- Assisting with the creation of Controlled Manual revisions as directed.
- In coordination with the Crew Schedulers, ensure that the required training is scheduled and supported.
- Maintain departmental records within prescribed guidelines.
- Provide a variety of administrative and clerical support to Flight Operations Management as assigned.
- Support the SMS program through participation and reporting.
- Any such other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a senior administrative position. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
- Completion of post-secondary school in business administration or equivalent experience in the airline industry is preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency at an intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to read and interpret various acts, regulations, and legal documents considered an asset.
**Required Competencies**:
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical and business writing.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative on complex tasks.
- Demonstrated a high degree of attention to detail and organization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in network administration is considered an asset.
**Safety Duties, Accountabilities, Authorities, and Responsibilities**:
- Involved in reactive and proactive risk assessments.
- Initiate the creation and implementation of corrective action plans as a result of Event/Hazard Reports, Preventative/Corrective Action Requests (PCAR) or audit findings; and
- Encourage active participation in the SMS for all personnel
