HR Coordinator

This position is 100% remote.
**What You'll Do**
- Coordinate the new hire process, including obtaining approvals, drafting contracts, and facilitating training.
- Update and maintain all HR documents and files.
- Assist in maintaining Rockdoc's employee benefit plan and provide related support for employees.
- Assist in developing Rockdoc's administrative processes and procedures.
- Contribute to employee wellness and engagement activities.
- Perform other duties as required.
**What You Bring**
- Completion of a post-secondary degree in Human Resources or equivalent is required.
- 2+ years of work experience in an administrative, service industry, or HR-related position is required.
- Previous experience meeting tight deadlines and working on multiple projects simultaneously is an asset.
- Basic understanding of Canadian Employment Standards.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work based on deadlines and department objectives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
- A strong work ethic, team-player mindset, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are imperative.
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
