IT Education Coordinator and Admin Support (Remote)

At Motivus Technologies, we offer a range of specialized IT services tailored to the unique requirements of long term care and retirement/assisted living sectors. Our services include IT consulting, network security, data management, and more.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- 1. IT Education and Software Training_
- Proactively design and deliver IT training programs, both in-person and primarily remotely, covering essential software features and functions for Motivus staff and clients.
- Develop training materials, including reference guides, video demonstrations, and other resources, to support employee and client knowledge retention.
- Identify and address learning needs through collaboration with the leadership team, ensuring training content aligns with organizational goals.
- Establish and track KPIs for training sessions, producing regular reports to evaluate training effectiveness and employee skill development.
- 2. Software Support and Troubleshooting_
- Respond to user training requests, offering hands-on support and guidance to help staff and clients utilize software features effectively.
- 3. Client Relationship Management_
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project lifecycles, ensuring client needs and expectations are documented, understood, and met.
- Maintain strong, positive client relationships by addressing concerns, resolving issues promptly, and proactively managing communication.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scopes and objectives, offering expert guidance on IT solutions and best practices.
- Collect client feedback post-project to assess satisfaction and identify improvement areas for future service delivery.
- 6. Internal Training and Development_
- Review potential in-house training needs with management.
- Create training programs for Motivus Technologies employees, focusing on onboarding, skill development, and professional growth. Third party resources can be identified if the scope of the project exceeds in-house resources or expertise.
- Facilitate workshops or learning sessions to improve knowledge of project management methodologies, IT systems, and client service skills.
- Regularly review and update training materials which fall within in-house roles expertise.
- _Documentation and Reporting_
- Develop and maintain project documentation, work plans, training manuals, and onboarding materials.
- Ensure training materials are clear, accessible, and up to date for both clients and internal teams.
- 8. Process Improvement and Optimization_
- Continuously assess and refine training practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Propose process improvements based on lessons learned, feedback, and industry best practices to enhance the quality of training delivery.
- Stay informed on trends in IT education, implementing new tools, techniques, or methodologies to improve service delivery.
- 9. Compliance and Security_
- Develop and reinforce security best practices within training programs, educating clients and employees on the importance of data protection.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of experience in the development and delivery of learning programs for the use of software/technologies
- Strong background in Google Workspace
- Experience in the long-term care or assisted living sector an asset
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Strong organizational and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 14 months

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
