**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure efficient workflow and quality workmanship.
- Utilize ProCore and other construction management software to track project progress, manage schedules, and document changes.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and project requirements.
- Awareness of construction estimates and budgets, monitoring expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project timelines and milestones, adjusting as necessary based on site conditions.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project status, changes, and any issues that arise during construction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control measures, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project documentation and collaboration.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide construction activities.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team building and conflict resolution.
- Strong budgeting skills with experience in construction estimating.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, subcontractors, and team members at all levels.

Pay: $85,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
