In case you’re curious, here’s what the industry **thinks of us** and some of the **impacts we've made to the communities we work in**and our latest **Impact Report,** highlighting how we're putting our values into practice in areas such as the climate & environment, inclusive diversity, indigenous relations, and health and safety." **You as a Superintendent will**: - Provide overall construction management including design, budget and schedule in conjunction with the Project Manager, Subcontractors, Owners, Engineers and Architects - Manage work on site to ensure the compliance of construction with the drawings, specifications and safety regulations - Plan and implement schedules, determine manpower levels and material quantities, ensure proper equipment and trades are available as required - Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the team’s ongoing progression - Advise Project Manager and senior management of potential problems, work interferences and schedule difficulties and assist in resolving these problems **Is this the right role for you?** - You have a construction related degree/diploma and 5-8 years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience - You have a working knowledge of scheduling, project management and contract software - You have the ability to quickly identify problem situations, evaluate alternative causes and produce workable solutions and lead a large team to successful completion EllisDon is proud to provide this unique career opportunity that provides continuous learning, opportunity for growth, and a competitive compensation package within an environment that is committed to inclusion and respects diversity. **Go ahead and be yourself.
