A&W is currently seeking Full Time Food Service Supervisors for our Locations in CHILLIWACK, BC. This job includes all holidays, weekends, evenings and day shifts. Some job duties include but not limited to:

- Supervise employees throughout the shift (5-10 people)
- Follow all health, food safety, workplace safety and policies in place
- Must be able to lift approximately 40 to 50lbs (for stocking items)
- Must be able to speak and communicate in English
- Do all the proper online and on the job training for this position
- Must have reliable transportation or willing to relocate
- Supervise all staff with regards to food safety (temperature taking, cleaning, following procedures and be able to teach proper procedures)
- Maintain Cash procedures
- Work well with others and maintain safe environment for everyone
- Fast-paced environment and can work under pressure
- Able to work for long periods standing or walking around
- Have a great working attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have at least one year of experience in a quick service or food service restaurant
- Team player, Effective interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Excellent in oral communication
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in Job duties, Address customers complaints and concerns
