- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive service environment.
- Familiarity with automotive software systems such as Protractor and NAPA Prolink.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.55-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 44 per week
