You will lead a strong team as a Collision Centre Manager:

- As the head of the Collision Centre, you hold a critical role, leading a team of dedicated employees who facilitate the completion of work required to reunite clients with repaired or restored vehicles.
- You will build and leverage your experience and knowledge of automotive collision and vehicle repair industry by working with multiple stakeholders and partners to deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.

- Being a Collision Centre Manager for one of AutoCanada’s Collision Centres means that you will be joining a strong and closely connected group of experienced fellow Collision Centre Managers across Canada that share in their accomplishments and challenges, as part of a larger AutoCanada team. This also means you will have a dedicated corporate support team, providing even stronger resources that add to your success and the success of your shop.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day business operations to achieve optimal results in all financial performance categories.
- Oversee workflow within the collision center to ensure repairs are completed on time while maximizing shop efficiency.
- Celebrate team successes and cultivate a positive culture of excellence.
- Provide constructive coaching, feedback, and communicate department goals and expectations in a manner that ensures team member success.
- Hire, train and manage collision center associate performance.
- Own providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
- Manage professional relationships with suppliers, clients, and dealerships.
- Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and collects funds for repair work.
- Write estimates and provide ongoing coaching to the estimating team.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters at several insurance companies.

**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collision Centre Manager, or experience in a Production Manager or Estimator role and ready to take the next step in your career.
- Post-Secondary education in a related discipline would be considered an asset.
- Excellent verbal/written communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and employee relations.
- Proven ability to build positive, effective relationships with subordinates and uphold a positive team culture.
- Strong ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision-makers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent skills in word, excel, and PowerPoint. Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and safe driving history.
