**Responsibilities**
- Handle all appraisals, work authorizations, repair orders, supplements, and warranties when interacting with customers.
- Maintain ongoing communication with adjuster, production staff, and customers regarding repair status.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain the estimation process and repair options.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assess the condition of vehicles and recommend necessary repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the estimation process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Coordinate work processes with the technicians and other departments of the organization
- Stay updated on industry trends, dealership practices, and automotive repair techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Auto Body and Collision Technician Certification
- Auto Body and Collision Technician Red Seal Endorsement Preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple estimates efficiently.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Valid Saskatchewan Driver's License
- Drivers Abstract
- Criminal Record Check

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
