**TITLE: CLEANER**

**LOCATION: Downtown Ottawa**

**SALARY: $18.00 PER HOUR**

**PART TIME: Monday to Friday 8AM - 2PM**

**COMMUNICATION**:
We are seeking a Cleaner to join our team You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment (condo building).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Cleaning of all areas of the operation including lobby, elevators, hallways and common areas
- Ensure that entrances, grounds, and parking lot are kept clean, clear, and safe
- Follow instructions given by supervisor.

**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**:

- Professional
- Motivated
- Good personal skills
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
