We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to support our firm’s client advisors and assist with client day to day administration matters.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Supporting clients with invoicing, paying bills, processing insurance documents and other various administrative tasks
- Supporting our client advisor staff with their various administrative tasks
- Managing your daily schedule, prioritizing demands
- Proactively creating and maintain effective workflow and communication to accomplish work
- Performing other duties and tasks when assigned
**Experience**:
- 2-5 years' experience in a busy office setting
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to effectively function in high stress situations
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills required
- Background in accounting and business management is considered an asset
**Salary**: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
