Home Support Worker

This position is responsible for the direct delivery of the County's Home Support Program assisting residents with household duties as authorized by the coordinator for each individual client which includes:

- Completing tasks according to each client's preference while staying within the FCSS guidelines and workers ability.
- Being understanding and supportive of clients.
- Promoting client independence and providing encouragement.
- Provide housekeeping and organizing services to clients.
- Complete light snow removal from front entrances.
- Maintain and safeguard the confidential nature of information which they may be entrusted.

**Job Requirements**
- Experience working with Seniors would be an asset.
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks.
- Knowledge of home management is an asset.
- Valid criminal records check is required.
- First Aid/CPR (preferred but not mandatory).
- Possession of a valid Alberta Driver's license.
- Ability to listen well and provide respectful service to all clients.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required
