- Promote and facilitate communication to assist in the rehabilitation process
- Provide insight on clinical practice, business development and leadership
- Lead and inspire others, developing and retaining talent, mentoring and leading by example
- Maintain a strong clinical practice with excellent patient outcomes
- Set goals, track progress and take on new challenges
- Build strong relationships in the wider community
- Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders and organizations that refer patients to CBI Health
- Provide clinic input into business decisions, the service delivery model and developmental opportunities
- Ensure that the service delivered aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Align local objectives with corporate and functional goals, identifying business metrics to meet and exceed CBI Health’s vision and values
- Organize resources to solve problems and make tough decisions, both independently and as part of a team
**What you need to be successful**
- At least 2 years of experience in a private clinic or rehabilitation setting
- A masters degree in Occupational Therapy or Psychology
- Registration in good standing in your profession’s governing Alberta college
- A results-oriented, adaptable and well-organized approach with the ability to function independently
- Sound written and verbal communication skills and a well-developed ability to multitask
- The ability to provide employees with development and coaching
- Enthusiasm for furthering your skills through additional training and development
