Lifemark Father David Bauer Arena Calgary has assembled an outstanding team of highly experienced physiotherapists to treat orthopedic and sports related injuries, as well as work-related and motor vehicle accident injuries with physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and many other services. We are seeking a Team Lead to contribute to our return to work program In this role your duties may include: Promoting a climate of success and the highest level of service within the clinic by strong supportive leadership and a positive attitude Performing 1:1 monthly meetings with RTW team members to review performance. Working closely with our WCB return to work team and the staff at WCB to provide exemplary care in returning patients to their work and livelihoods. Facilitate weekly interdisciplinary team meetings Ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
