We are looking for a **General Labourer **that is interested in taking on a variety of construction work. This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow with our team while working on a variety of different projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Promote and maintain good working relationships and collaboration with peers, clients, consultants, and suppliers
- Ensure safety is a priority that is managed in every project

**General Labourer**
- Clean and prepare construction sites as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use
- Load and unload construction supplies from trucks manually or using equipment
- Trowel and vibrate concrete
- Minor carpentry
- Demolition
- Safely run a jackhammer, coring machine, and other construction equipment as requested
- Use knowledge of rigging and rigging signals

**Skills and Abilities Required**
- 2+ years of construction experience working on a variety of different construction equipment
- Ability to work full shifts from 7:00-4:00, 5 days a week, and weekends occasionally
- First aid, confined space, and fall protection training are strong assets (training provided)
- Physically able to safely and repetitively lift and carry at least 50 pounds on a regular basis and stand/walk for long periods of time
- Detail oriented, proactive, and a self-starter
- Open to learning from peers, trades, and our Site Superintendent
- Ability to work independently and without supervision
- Ability to work in different weather and terrains
- Must have your own transportation with the ability to work multiple worksites in the lower mainland
- Must be Comfortable with heights
- Applicants with active Fall Protection will take priority
