**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate and maintain machinery such as lathes, milling machines, and plasma cutters to shape and fabricate metal components.
- Perform laser cutting and welding tasks to assemble parts according to specifications.
- Utilize cranes and forklifts for the movement of heavy materials within the workshop.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Experience**
- Proficiency in basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to metal work.
- Experience with machining processes including lathe operation, milling, and welding techniques.
- Familiarity with laser cutting technology and plasma cutting methods is preferred.
- Previous experience operating cranes and forklifts is advantageous.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.

Pay: $20.63-$40.64 per hour
