We are hiring a Sheet Metal Journeyperson to join our HVAC division. This is a full-time, permanent position for someone with deep experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, and high-rise residential sheet metal installations. The successful candidate will bring a strong technical background, a team-first mindset, and a passion for mentorship.

Responsibilities

- Install sheet metal systems and HVAC equipment in a variety of building types
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with apprentices and provide on-the-job mentorship
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with the project team and supervisors

Qualifications

- Minimum 7 years of relevant installation experience
- Valid 308A Sheet Metal Worker Certificate (required)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and related equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
- Experience mentoring apprentices is an asset
