**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and entering customer orders. You will utilize your communication skills to address inquiries, resolve issues.

**Duties**
- Processing customers' orders and follow up
- some accounts receivable
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to engage with customers and build rapport.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Handle complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma
- Microsoft computer skills and operating systems
- can lift up to 30lbs
- able to go up and down stairs
- must have car
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and customer demands.
