**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized, results-oriented **Operations Manager** who will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. This individual will be responsible for coordinating various stakeholders, including customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth and effective communication. The Operations Manager will manage sales deals, build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing technicians, and track the progress of installation projects from initiation through to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership & Coordination**: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of technicians, fostering positive working relationships and ensuring high performance and productivity.
- **Sales Deal Management**: Oversee and manage both internal and external sales deals, ensuring seamless communication among all stakeholders and ensuring successful deal completion.
- **Project Management**: Track and manage installation projects, ensuring timely progress and ensuring both customers and technicians are consistently informed.
- **Customer Focus**: Address and resolve customer queries or grievances, ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
- **Workflow Development**: Develop and implement efficient workflows, optimizing operational processes and ensuring deadlines and objectives are consistently met.
- **Reporting**: Provide detailed weekly performance reports to management, analyzing the progress of deals, installation projects, and overall team performance.
- **Retention & Feedback**: Collect and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention.
- **Responsibility & Accountability**: This role is performance-driven, with direct impact on company revenue and business outcomes.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure alignment and successful outcomes across all functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a **sales-driven and service-oriented** business.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
- Experience in leading teams and fostering positive relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage and complete multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- HVAC industry experience is an asset but not required.
- A combination of **operational expertise** and **sales acumen** is highly desirable.
- Track record of contributing to business growth and success through effective operations management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Comfortable working in a **performance-based environment**.
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with weekends as required.
