- As a Business Systems Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technological solutions. This role involves extensive collaboration with various departments, notably the Assessment & Tax Business Unit, Information Technology (IT), and internal and external service providers. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting, evaluating, and enhancing information systems and services. You will focus on effectively managing and improving the technological landscape to fulfill the business unit's operational requirements and strategic goals. Primary duties include:

- Liaise between business units, IT, and service providers to integrate business processes with technology.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to streamline business functions and information systems.
- Manage system change processes, ensuring operational continuity and efficiency.
- Oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions.
- Offer support and training to staff on new system features.
- Lead strategic projects for technology improvement and innovation.
- Research and resolve complex system-related problems.

**Qualifications**
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience analyzing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting complex business systems as a developer, business analyst, or project manager.
- Proficiency in writing database queries (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server) is required.
- Experience in software testing and assisting in user acceptance testing is an asset.
- Experience in project management, business process definition and improvement are an asset.
- Expertise in reporting tools like Power BI and Business Objects is an asset.
- Strong business communication, research, and collaborative skills are essential for the success in this role.
