We are looking for a **Business Systems Analyst (OpenInvoice)** for a **6-month contract position with a high probability of extensions,** in **Calgary, Alberta.** **Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.**

**8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. It is NOT a remote role.**

**Role Description**:
Our client is searching for a **Business Systems Analyst** **with experience in Oil and Gas**, preferably in E&P companies supporting Accounting and Finance. **Must have experience with OpenInvoice Administration.** **Solid business analysis skills, along with a technical background, are required to support their Accounting and Finance systems, especially OpenInvoice.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead/support systems implementation, including requirements gathering, process mapping and test coordination.
- Support, coordinate, and manage ongoing upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Liaise with auditors, business users and ITS members to support CSOX and GITC audits.
- Manage testing cycles for system upgrades, including working with business users and vendors to ensure upgrades/changes are successful and have a minimum impact on users.
- Develop effective relationships with business stakeholders and system vendors.
- Perform change management processes to ensure adequate control of systems and information.

**Skills and Experience**:

- **Minimum of 5 years of related experience in O&G, with a minimum of 2 years supporting Accounting and Finance.**:

- **Must have proficient with OpenInvoice hands on administration.**:

- Experience with OpenTicket is considered a strong asset.
- Experience supporting Land and Marketing departments in O&G is nice to have.
- **Experience with administration and support of accounting systems, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.**:

- **Strong core Business Analysis skills.**:

- Able to work in a very dynamic environment and adapt to rapid changes.
- Able to handle competing requests and prioritize work accordingly.
- Self-starter that takes initiative when it comes to completing all necessary tasks.
- Able to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Effective communication skills.
