We take pride in our fresh, high-quality ingredients and genuine hospitality. We’re currently looking for a passionate **Grill Cook** to join our culinary team. This role offers the opportunity to cross-train in other areas of the kitchen.

**Position Summary**

As a Line Grill Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing grilled and braised dishes with precision and efficiency. You’ll work closely with chefs and fellow team members to maintain food quality, speed, and consistency—delivering a true Italian dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Cook and grill Italian-inspired dishes to order
- Set up and maintain your grill station with all necessary prep and supplies
- Ensure proper portioning, consistency, and food presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill area and equipment
- Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Support prep work and assist other kitchen stations when needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house during service
- Closing kitchen with safety and cleanliness

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a grill or line cook
- Strong understanding of grilling techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Food Handler’s Certificate (or willing to obtain one)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
