**Cooks - Tundra Grill**
**The Role**:
APC is seeking Cooks to work in Tundra Grill, who will report to the Chef, Tundra Grill & Concessions. As a Cook, your main objective is to prepare and present menu items as set out by the Chef ensuring safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in all aspects of your work. This position is responsible for working the whole line of the kitchen including the preparation and presentation of both hot and cold menu items set out by the Chef, This role assists in the mentoring of junior line cooks in the kitchen.
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or GED would be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of kitchen procedures.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while attending to details and maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
- Good customer service skills.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered and on the job training will be provided.
