What You'll Do:

As a Line Cook at St. Louis Bar & Grill, you will play a key role in contributing to each guest's extraordinary experience. You will set up stations for menu, and prepare all orders correctly, efficiently, and timely, and ensure that they are served at appropriate temperature.

You Bring:

  • The ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications.

  • Extensive cooking methods/procedures and knife handling skills.

  • Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail to all tasks and duties.

  • A calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

  • Organizational skills and the ability to self-motivate.

  • The ability to stand, bend, stretch, and lift and carry heavy material.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Ensure product quality and freshness of ingredients.

  • Ensure a well-stocked workstation and meet prep times to ensure a smooth working shift.

  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and

shelves.

  • Clean dishes, flatware, pots, pans, etc.

  • Assist in keeping entire kitchen clean, including floor, surfaces, and kitchen equipment.

  • Take garbage out when needed.

  • Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Pay: $16.00-$17.50 per hour
