Focus Hyundai, is looking to add a member to its Service department in the role of Customer Experience Manager. This role will allow you to grow and succeed with the number one Hyundai dealership in Manitoba

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Customer Experience Manager is responsible for assisting our valued customers with servicing their car at Focus Hyundai. You will be working as a member of a team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. As a Customer Experience Manager, here are a few key areas we’ll be focusing on:

- ** Assist Service Advisors with Declined Services**
- Help clients in the drive-thru understand the benefits of services they’ve declined and have them sign off on the R.O. to avoid safety liabilities.
- ** Follow Up with Clients**
- ** Step in for Service Advisors**
- Be ready to jump in and support Service Advisors, greeting clients, doing walk-arounds, and writing up orders when needed.
- ** Review Performance**
- Keep an eye on Service Advisor and store performance to make sure we’re hitting our goals.

Customer Experience Managers are people who communicate well and are patient, able to assess the customer’s needs and provide solutions and understanding.
