**What you'll be doing**:

- Technical support for Supply Chain Department and branch operations teams
- Assist Supply Chain Manager by maintaining KPI metrics and monthly reporting
- Lead and coordinate annual inventory count
- Provide NetSuite support to branch operations and Supply Chain Department
- Support branch operations with complex RFQ's.
- Collaborate with Quality and Finance Departments on supplier issues
- Set up new vendors and part numbers in NetSuite
- Create and maintain supplier scorecards for Supply Chain Manager’s review.
- Develop and maintain Excel sheets/tools as required
- Maintain records for EHS Supply Chain reporting
- Monitor and maintain landed cost information to update NetSuite as needed
- Other duties may be assigned

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Diploma in Supply Chain, Business or equivalent training and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related logistic/distribution experience
- Experience with ERP programs (NetSuite, Sage 500)
- Must have good interpersonal and teamwork skills, desire to learn, and ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
- Must have a willingness to learn and be challenged
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptualization and attention to detail skills
- Proven ability to maintain workload and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment as well as independently
- Ability to be flexible, in keeping with the needs of our growing company
