**About the Role: Supply Chain Coordinator**

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator who thrives in an entrepreneurial and growth environment and is driven by achievement. Leading a team of 4 direct reports, you will be responsible to manage customer forecasts, material and production planning, finished goods inventory as well as shipping of finished goods to customers and third-party warehouses. Working closely with our Production team you will develop a strong material and production plan and ensure timely deliveries and accurate reporting and inventory management to deliver a high level of customer service. **Planning and Procurement**
- Align with customer’s long term forecasts and develop the overall plan for materials and inventories
- Convert long term forecast into optimized weekly production plans to balance inventory levels and customer orders
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers and carriers to ensure timely deliveries of materials to support weekly production schedules
- Execute Planning in Business Central and SAP, inclusive of demand, release of materials, inventory management and logistics of delivery
- Reduce costs, ensure an effective material planning program to execute against production & fulfillment plans
- Work with the planning, shipping and production teams to deliver high performance service level

**Logistics**
- Develop and implement an effective supply logistics plan
- Manage carriers and brokers
- Work with 3rd party providers as well as company owned DC sites for both inbound and outbound transactions
- Optimize the logistic plan on both the storage and movement of products
- Oversee sourcing and management of company owned & third party storage facilities

**Inventory Management**
- Support the company ERP systems + customer third party SAP systems
- Establish and report on meaningful inventory KPIs to drive operational effectiveness
- Manage on-site chilled warehouse and off-site ambient warehouse as well as 3rd party storage sites.
- Liaise with other departments to communicate the progress and outcomes of Supply Chain & Logistics in various ways - such as at financial and volume-based levels.

**Leadership & Management Accountabilities**
- Oversee and build out a team to support the planning, purchasing, logistics and order fulfillment
- Manage key KPI and Metrics to ensure consistent improvements and optimizations of the Supply Chain team
- Work collaboratively on the overall site economics and financial success with other key departments

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in a Manager level role responsible for managing procurement, production planning (MRP), freight, logistics and inventory
- 5+ years of experience successfully leading a team
- Post-Secondary education in Supply Chain, Business and/or Logistics.
- Continuous Improvement training preferred
- Worked in a high speed manufacturing environment - highly dynamic production and site environment.
- Multi-faceted exposure in production, shipping, planning and quality
- Experience in ERP environment.
- Previous experience with SAP & Microsoft ERP offering an asset
- Experience in Food Manufacturing & Distribution is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
