Cannabis Territory Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:
As a full-time Territory Sales Representative based in Ontario, you will be the face of our portfolio of brands, bringing it to life through direct community engagement and strategic partnerships with retail accounts. While being located in the Golden Horseshoe (Niagara, Burlington, Hamilton, etc) or Greater Toronto Area is preferred, it is not required if you are the right fit. You will help grow sales in the province to help create a larger presence for our portfolio brands in market. This role is vital in boosting our brand’s visibility and helping us achieve strategic growth in the local market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Represent our brands at various events and retail locations across Ontario.
- Meet and exceed provided sales targets
- Engage with a diverse audience to foster brand loyalty and increase consumer base.
- Conduct in-store demonstrations, staff training, and customer appreciation events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders.
- Collect and report market intelligence, consumer feedback, and potential opportunities.
- Manage promotional materials and ensure brand consistency across all interactions.
- Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and events.
**What Success Looks Like**:
- Increased brand recognition and consumer base in the Ontario region.
- Enhanced relationships with retail partners, leading to sustained sales growth.
- Positive feedback from events and promotions, reflected in consumer and partner satisfaction.
- Achievement of targeted sales and engagement metrics set by the marketing team.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in promotional events, marketing, or customer service.
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry and its regulatory environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various demographics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing or sales or another related field is a plus.
**Working Conditions**:
- Travel within Ontario is required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: From $900.00 per week
Additional pay:
