**CSI is seeking a Client Service Manager for its Quebec Office**
For assigned clients, the Benefits Client Service Manager provides administrative support to clients and sales support to Group Insurance Consultants. Duties include all aspects of employee benefits for group insurance and, where applicable, retirement plans and individual insurance with an emphasis on customer service and business development. In addition, for specific clients, he or she performs enrollments, changes and terminations of participants. If you are looking for a dynamic work environment, please keep reading
**Your Day as a Client Service Manager**
**Customer Service**:
- Responds to administrative questions from clients, including administration of their group insurance plan and, if needed, administration of their retirement or individual insurance plan.
- Respond to client and carrier inquiries.
- Explain to clients the policies of insurers and the different levels of government, for example: RAMQ, OHIP, etc.
- Gather the information necessary to prepare management tools (e.g. calculator).
- For specific clients: prepare or verify calculators and explain to clients how they work.
- For specific clients:
- Process enrollments, changes and terminations.
- Prepare and process monthly billing.
- Prepare and process taxable benefits.
- Prepare termination letters.
- Verify and follow up on implementations (new clients, existing clients, changes, etc.)
- Following a renewal, verify billing using confirmed renewal rates.
- Participate in membership campaigns and prepare presentations to employees (memos, flyers, folders, PowerPoint presentation, as appropriate).
- Follow up on documents and missing information with insurers or clients.
- Analyze various administrative problems and propose solutions.
- Communicate with insurers and participate in decision-making.
- Maintain files for follow-up and filing of correspondence, endorsements, etc.
Maintain up-to-date contact lists in Outlook for clients and insurers.
**Support to advisors, underwriters, customer service managers and other team members**:
- Handle client files, research and resolve issues and service clients while they are away and on vacation.
- Perform other duties and special projects as required.
**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Valid license in group insurance, pension plan and individual insurance is an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Dynamic and results-oriented employee.
- Strong affinity with numbers.
- Thoroughness, attention to detail and quality.
- Effective time management and respect for deadlines.
- Very good communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with insurers, clients and members of the organization.
- Bilingualism, both oral and written.
