We are seeking a reliable and experienced Guest Service agent to work with our Victoria hotels and assist with sales administration. Proven hotel experience with an aptitude for customer service and detail is important. This is a growth position as we add hotels to our Victoria portfolio. This position requires travel between our hotels in the city at times and an appetite for growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the overnight shift
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Collaborate with Director of Sales and Marketing to optimize revenues and marketing opportunities

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience working at the front desk of a hotel, and a desire to grow into a sales role when needed. All training and support is provided.

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we often have international guests
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately handle financial transactions
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour
