Inside Sales Specialist, Bilingual, 6m Contract Financeit is a point‑of‑sale financing provider serving some of the largest home‑improvement and retail organizations in Canada. Our platform helps businesses close more sales by offering affordable monthly payment options for customers' big purchases. About the role As a Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist, you will be at the heart of Financeit’s merchant network, connecting with business owners, finance managers, and sales teams across Canada. You will reignite relationships with inactive merchants, coach active ones to increase their sales volume, and help them integrate financing seamlessly into the customer experience. The role requires communication in both English and French, ensuring a seamless, professional, and engaging interaction. What you’ll do Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with merchants and internal stakeholders across Canada. Drive growth with existing merchants, focusing on reactivating accounts and expanding volume. Conduct outreach and follow‑ups in both English and French, tailoring communication style to your audience. Triage merchant loan issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution. Use expert product knowledge and consultative sales techniques to increase merchant activity. Provide training and coaching on how to position financing and offer monthly payment options. Deliver engaging presentations and handle objections confidently in both languages. Ensure compliance with our approval and risk requirements. Requirements 1+ years of hands‑on experience in direct sales, account management, or B2B customer success. Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written). Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, adept at engaging business owners and sales teams. Proficiency with CRMs, ideally Salesforce. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure. Availability 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
