Applicant must have strong knowledge of MPI rules, the automotive industry and display great attention to detail.

Experience in Mitchell Repair Centre, Mitchell Connect is a must. Knowledge of Parts Bridge and Collision Link and Cloud estimating would be a bonus.

You will be working in a Fast-paced environment where your skills should include the ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail.

General Duties include:

- Assess body, paint and mechanical damages of vehicles with technicians.
- Prepare adjustment reports, investigate circumstances surrounding insurance claims, inspect automobile damage, determine amount of loss or damages covered by insurance policies, review, input, calculate and submit to MPI for approval.
- Collecting customer and vehicle information
- Scheduling Estimates
- Downloading MPI or other insurance company claims
- Updating and explaining repair stages to customers
- Carefully proofing and pre-closing Repair Orders
- Collecting money owed and signatures

**Salary**: $37,440.00-$41,600.00 per year
