Serving residents is a key aspect of your role, encompassing the essential functions of a food service attendant. You greet residents warmly, take their orders efficiently, and ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages. Friendly and efficient customer service is crucial to creating a positive dining experience and fostering resident satisfaction.
- In performing the functions of a food service attendant, you must remain attentive to resident needs, expertly answer questions about the menu, and ensure that any special requests are accommodated
- Maintaining cleanliness is vital in a food service environment to maintain a safe and hygienic space. You are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing workstations, utensils, and equipment
- You also ensure that service areas are clean and presentable. Adhering to proper food safety protocols and regulations is essential in this role

**Wage: starting at $18.00/hour**

**Schedule: Rotating schedule including weekdays and weekends**

**Location**: Toronto

We are looking for a **Food Service Attendant**to join our dynamic team. This position is** FULL TIME**.
**Qualifications** what you'll need to succeed**:

- Strong verbal communication is essential for interacting with residents, taking accurate orders, and collaborating with team members
- Strong teamwork and a positive attitude
- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is essential
- Passion for maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Ability to successfully complete Food Handlers Certification
