**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a talented and driven **Operations Project Coordinator** to join our **Operations**team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Sales and Product Development teams to develop the timeline and scope for each new project
- Prepare new project files and work with senior management to approve all new opportunities.
- Using Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Teams, set up project plans and channels with timelines and tasks, assign all tasks to the appropriate owners, and ensure task owners keep all information updated and accurate on the project plan.
- Establish and lead regular status meetings for each project with relevant stakeholders. Take meeting notes and distribute them to stakeholders.
- Assist task owners with problem solving to ensure timelines are achieved. Escalate issues to appropriate senior management when necessary.
- Facilitate communication between teams on all matters pertaining to the project
- Prepare and present quarterly KPI reports for the Project Management area

**About You**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Commerce Degree with concentration in operations management, finance or economics, or other related degree, will consider equivalent work experience
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner
- Languages: French (written and oral), English an asset
- Necessary core competencies include ability to prioritize, leadership skills, customer relations, teamwork, detailed oriented, organizational skills, communication skills, accuracy, effectiveness under stress, analytical, flexibility and reliability

**Preferred Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager
