**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Advise the manufacturing operations management team on strategic initiatives and decisions
- Propose project structures and organizational structures promoting team efficiency
- Define the master plan of the General Director, plan the activities and projects related to it, executing and monitoring key projects
- Define a balanced dashboard as well as key performance indicators (KPI)
- Participate in the establishment and implementation of governance standards across operational sites
- Be responsible for the governance put in place at the level of the General Director
- Be responsible for the employee engagement projects in manufacturing operations
- Track budgets and expenses for projects in operations
- Define and align communications for the manufacturing operations team
- Work in collaboration with other sites to ensure harmonization and standardization of operational processes

**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience**:

- You have 10 years of experience at Bombardier, 5 years of experience in operations and at least 3 years of management experience or equivalents
- You have at least a college degree
- You have experience in project coordination and administration and you are familiar with project management tools and techniques
- You have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are able to develop and implement processes related to operations
- You master all the steps and processes related to the manufacturing operations
- You have a sense of organization and great attention to detail
- You have interpersonal skills and are comfortable leading presentations for senior management
- You are a good team player on whom we can rely
- You are clearly focused on results and the quality of your work
- You have a very good knowledge of the French and English languages
