**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Represent our brand and promote it in the Student Recruitment market through a variety of marketing and business development strategies;
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for recruiting international students, including identifying target markets, participating in recruitment fairs, and leveraging digital platforms;
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with overseas education consultants, agencies, and local partner schools to expand the global reach of the institution;
- Drive student recruitment efforts to meet annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the designated country/region;
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and spot evaluation sessions;
- Demonstrate independent work capabilities with mínimal supervision;
- Proactively generate innovative ideas to explore and cultivate business opportunities;
- Respond to written and verbal inquiries, prepare and deliver educational materials and sessions, create communication materials, and coordinate special publicity events and promotions.;
- Develop and execute advertising campaigns to enhance service sales;
- Establish distribution networks, conduct market research studies, analyze findings, and oversee marketing strategies;
- Develop and maintain a personal client base to achieve sales targets;
- Design and implement campaigns tailored to meet client needs;
- Provide training and mentoring, as well as design training programs.

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
