We are seeking an **International Student Recruitment & Admissions Officer** with proven experience in the **Vietnamese student market** to join our dynamic team.

**The Role**

The Officer will be responsible for **developing and executing recruitment strategies** to attract and enroll international students, with a strong focus on Vietnam. This includes business development, marketing, and admissions support to ensure recruitment targets are met and students have a positive experience.

You will work closely with management to expand BICC’s presence locally and internationally, building strong relationships with students, families, and education agents.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and participate in recruitment activities, including education fairs, info sessions, and school visits (in Canada and abroad).
- Develop and maintain relationships with international education agents and partner institutions.
- Provide orientation and ongoing support for international students (academic, cultural, safety, settlement, and university transfer guidance).
- Prepare recruitment and orientation materials, including manuals and promotional content.
- Monitor student progress, provide guidance, and refer to professional support when needed.
- Collaborate with management on recruitment strategies, market development, and institutional linkages.
- Perform related administrative and admissions duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
- **Minimum 3 years of experience in international student recruitment**, particularly in Vietnam (experience in other markets is an asset).
- Strong knowledge of the secondary and post-secondary education system in Canada and abroad.
- Fluency in **Vietnamese and English** (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel (domestic and international); travel expenses paid by employer.
- Experience in marketing and business development is an asset.
