**What it’s like to be a Federated Receptionist & Sales Service Representative?**

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage calls, mail, and visitors at our dynamic office in Quebec. The position holder will work closely with all team members to assist with administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of operations. They will need to be present at the office from Monday to Friday.

- Customer Service & Communication
- Handling high-volumes of calls
- Attention to detail

**If you have**:

- 2 years of front-line Office Service experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Team-first mentality
- French (mandatory), English (an asset)
