**Job Description**:
As a Technical Operation Support Specialist in the Online Services team at Ubisoft Montreal, you will take part in the technical support of our Ubisoft Connect product development and integration in our online games. In direct communication with the community developers from all projects developed at Ubisoft, as a product expert and consultant, you will participate to the success of our games by helping them to make the most of the online services and solutions provided by Ubisoft Connect. Aiming to educate and support productions, you will ensure that the product is used to its full potential. Conversely, you will relay eventual feedback to the Ubisoft Connect team and contribute or challenge the status quo to achieve a resolution.

The position has multiple facets which will let you express both your technical and human skills. You will vulgarize information pertaining to integration in a clear and coherent manner for our game teams. You will continually communicate and collaborate with multiple departments to participate in the optimization of the workflows and processes, both internal and external, because you are able to see the big picture and to oversee how all the different components and dependencies are involved in development.

You like challenges and do not stop until conquering them, because you see opportunity in any situation. As flexibility, attention to details and sustainability are your key words, you ensure efficient problem solving with robust and sustainable solutions.

**What you’ll do**
- Maintain **relationships **with production teams and be their first point of contact.
- ** Train **members of game production teams on how to use our products.
- Guide the game’s technical teams during **product integration**.
- Analyze the technical problems encountered by game developers, and work with product teams to develop **fixes**, **improvements**, and new **functionalities**.
- Perform **technical operations** for the product team.
- Investigate product related issues and propose **solutions**.
- Create and maintain** technical documentation **that will serve as a reference.
- Ensure that the technical solutions designed by the productions comply with the constraints and **best practices**.
- Contribute to the elaboration and definition of **product compliance**.
- Sustain **quality assurance** teams in their validation processes.

**Qualifications**:
**What you bring**
- Experience in quality assurance or software engineering (or other relevant experience)
- Knowledge of bug tracking software (e.g., Jira)
- A strong understanding of development processes and the different needs of a team throughout a development cycle
- A highly innovative, empathetic, and collaborative spirit
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, curiosity, resourcefulness, and plenty of flexibility
- Knowledge of gaming platforms (Xbox One, PS4, PC, etc.) and 1st party compliance
- A collaborative, creative and innovative spirit

- Ability to manage priorities and handle several files in parallel
