We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team at LeQube Apartments. This individual will be essential in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our establishment and maintaining the physical integrity of our property.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: regular inspection of premises, upkeep of common areas, and addressing minor repairs promptly.
- Execute handyman-type duties such as painting, assembling furniture, plastering holes, repairing scuffs and scratches, light painting etc.
- Undertake maintenance of the hot tub following our provided guidelines (Will be trained after hiring).
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments as needed and troubleshoot issues to determine cause and solution.
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Comply with all safety and health regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in maintenance, handy work or other related fields.
- Familiarity with general maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload including lifting, bending, or standing for varied periods.
- Must possess a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to after-hours emergencies (in the rare chance they occur--Historicalluy maybe once a year).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
