As a **Maintenance Person**, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Facilities Manager and the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma
- COVID -19 Vaccination approved exemption status

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing pre-start up/start up checks on all equipment.
- Ensuring facility is kept clean.
- Ensuring routine maintenance is performed on all facilities is performed daily.
- Ensuring all debris is removed from all facilities after cleaning.
- Ensuring all emergency equipment is used for its intended purpose.
- Ensuring all electrical equipment is inspected, tested, and working as required for the needs of the facility.
- Ensuring all painting jobs are completed as scheduled, including coats on exterior of facility.
- Keeping interior and exterior of facility neat, clean, and orderly.
- Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical features of various electrical features.
- Inventorying of all equipment.
- Responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on a scheduled basis on assigned facilities.
- Perform basic office duties, including filing documents, performing clerical work, answering phones, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $24.19 per hour
