**Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly**

**Great Hourly Pay - $27 per hour + $1.25 Shift Differential for Saturday and Sunday**

**Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday**
- **Hours: 6am - 4:30pm**

**Summary**

The Warehouse Maintenance Technician I maintains day to day operations and assumes the responsibility for maintaining the physical assets of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Manager/Operations Manager.

**Essential Functions**
- Complete all routine lubrications, repairs and trouble shooting tasks of mechanical warehouse equipment.
- Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems.
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures.
- Assist and monitor all work being performed by outside contractors.
- Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
- Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined.
- Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelines.
- Support and participate in lean initiative activities within the warehouse

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Aptitude to investigate and problem-solve various mechanical issues
- Performs other duties as assigned.

S’assurer que des normes de sécurité sont appliquées et qu’elles sont conformes à toutes les lignes directrices locales, municipales, étatiques et fédérales, ainsi qu’à celles de l’entreprise

Soutenir et participer aux activités d'initiative Lean au sein de l'entrepôt

Exigences:
Diplôme d'études secondaires (Études secondaires générales, de préférence)

Deux 2 ans ou plus forte expérience de l’entretien, de la réparation et des programmes d'entretien préventif

Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles

Excellentes compétences en communications écrites et verbales

Bonnes compétences en planification

Capacité de créer et d’entretenir des relations professionnelles au sein de tous les niveaux de l’entreprise (collègues, groupes de travail, clients, superviseurs)

Capacité de travailler indépendamment et en équipe

Souplesse de fonctionnement et forte motivation d’exceller dans un environnement
