As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team to reach new heights.We are currently seeking a full-time Residential Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Cornwall, ON. You will play a key role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our tenants and the upkeep of our properties.Key Responsibilities:Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend the life of equipment, such as HVAC systems and appliances.Repairs: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.Emergency Response: Respond quickly and effectively to urgent maintenance requests to minimize inconvenience to tenants.Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of work performed, maintenance reports, and inventory of replacement parts.Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe living environment for residents.Improvement Initiatives: Identify and implement maintenance improvements to optimize operations and enhance tenant satisfaction.Team Collaboration: Work closely with property managers, contractors, and other team members to coordinate tasks efficiently.What We’re Looking For:Technical Skills: Drywall installation, plastering, and painting required.
