**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Construction Coordinator will be responsible for the successful operation of TANAS Concrete Construction. This includes, but is not limited to, flatwork, pumped and placed foundations, custom projects, and scheduling of prep/placing crews, service & warranty, and other office duties as assigned.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing (Frontline) and managing construction schedules
- Monitoring and Adjusting Schedules on a daily basis
- Communication and Coordinating with subcontractors, plant managers and office team.
- Preparing schedule in Google Sheets to track for Reporting and forecasting upcoming work
- Manage and enforce Safety Policies and procedures and responsible for transition to Site Docs.
- Ensure a safe work place and continue to conduct risk assessments to mitigate risk tolerance.
- Collaboration and promoting safety culture by monitoring safety performance.
- Responsible for procurement of Safety equipment
- Enter labor hours daily into Bid2Win and assign them to the appropriate project
- Provide back-up coverage for the Ready Mix Order Desk when needed
- Prepare Environmental and Emergency Response Planning
- Manage Subcontractor change management and conflict resolution
- Ensure excellent product quality and customer service
- Ensure excellent relations with employees
- Ensure excellent relations with customers and trades alike

**Results and Accountabilities**
- Analysis and improvement of scheduling and safety processes
- Ensure customer satisfaction with excellent product and service quality
- Manage Subcontractors for scheduling
- Work closely with production and delivery personnel
- Supervise a large group of subcontractors

- RMX Order Desk & Logistics Coordinator

- Sub Trades/Contractors

**Qualification Profile**:

- **Education and Work Experience**:_
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Associate or Undergraduate degree preferred or combination of education & experience Must have at least 5 years of experience in the concrete or Ready Mix industry
- 5-10 years of ready-mix or related construction industry experience
- **Knowledge and Skills**:_
- Good leadership and motivational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of plants, trucks and equipment
- Must have basic computer literacy
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Must have valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Strong knowledge of residential building process
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Dedication, reliability and determination to learn and grow the business
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

**Competitive Wage and Benefits Package**

Pay: $29.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
