**Summary**
We are seeking a Junior Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Longboard Construction Inc. This role is essential in supporting project management and ensuring that projects run smoothly. The Junior Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing daily project activities.

- Assist in supervising daily construction activities and managing on-site teams.
- Support project managers in coordinating tasks and ensuring timelines are met.
- Assist project teams in ensuring timely successful completion of construction projects.

**Requirements**:
- Retail commercial construction experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Blue print reading required
- Basic tool knowledge
- Experience in carpentry would be an assist
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and completing necessary paperwork.

Pay: $27.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
