Rockytop Construction Ltd. (RTC) is an established leader with over two decades in the landscape construction, maintenance and snow removal market in Calgary and areas. We deliver **‘white glove’** landscaping and snow removal services to large commercial properties.

**Position Type & Schedule**:
Full time and part time team members with seasonal fluctuations - we are busy right up till the snow flies and over the winter months we clear snow with various methods of equipment. All start times in spring, summer 8:30 am and fall months and winter season is 7:00 pm-10:00 pm for equipment operators and 10:00- 12:00 am for foot crews, depending on operational needs. Summer is Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday's and long weekend usually closed. Winter is on-call - we work when Mother Nature says we do In between snow events we do residential and commercial renovations.

Pay Scale Based on Experience, Skills and Qualifications in the Landscape construction, maintenance and snow removal industry. Crew Leads start at $28-35 per hour depending on experience, labourers $18-$23. Equipment operators with experience $28-$35 Hr. Growth potential within the company and we have a clear path for how to earn higher wages in the Crew Lead position and if interested and show the competence can possibly move up into a management position.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in snow removal is required.
- Must have experience driving a truck with trailer.
- Clean driving abstract.
- Experience operating snow throwers, back pack blowers, Gravely, Boss mag snowrator (We will train you on the Gravely & Snowrator as long as you have past experience operating similar machines).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and project management.
- Must be reliable and have a reliable vehicle to get to work.
- Must have a cell phone with data, we work off of an app that requires us to report weather conditions & taking pictures of completed sites.
- **RTC also provides all the necessary training to do the job in a professional manner while maintaining safety guidelines.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $4,200.00 per month
