Inside Sales Administrator

**Salary range dependent on experience: $40,000 - $55,000 w/ a target based bonus plan after 6 months**

Founded in 2018 with a vision to bridge the gap between the local farmer / producer to the end consumer, Legends Haul quickly grew in the British Columbia food industry as a key distributor of consciously sourced meat and seafood.

Our sales team is driven to build partnerships with category managers at the store level as well as corporate headquarters. We work closely with our partners to exceed expectations and create experiences. We pride ourselves on constantly innovating new brands and categories within the retail food space. Our distribution ranges from independent retailers to multinational grocery chains. Today our focus is on sustainably sourced meat and seafood, our in-house brands; Hills Legacy Meats, Essentials by Legends, and more. As well as an incredible lineup of local and sought after global brands; Hobbs Pickles, Christie’s Chips, Nightingale Pizza, Nutmeg Mylks, Chambar Heat & Eat meals, and many more.

Our team resides across three different warehouses that include a meat manufacturing facility and commercial kitchen. Where we produce and package as many of our own products as possible. **ROLE EXPECTATIONS**:

- Conducting follow up and check ins with periodic customers on product requirements, provide offers as per supervisor’s direction
- Assist with Okanagan valley Sales representative as needed
- Verifying orders every morning for last minute changes or inventory issues and communicate with Sales Reps accordingly
- Batch printing orders for the next day, create clear order slips
- Spot check warehouse inventory
- Create credit slips and double check prior to submitting for approval
- Must be able to work with cold and warehouse environment

**ROLE QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in an admin position with strong organizational and multitasking skills (required)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (required) w/ a means of transportation
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office is required
- Proactive decision making, go getter attitude and detail oriented.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
